About Hochman ConsultantsJonathan HochmanJonathan Hochman is the founder of Hochman Consultants, where he has 20 years experience as a business development, marketing and technology consultant. He is also the director of SEMNE, an association of professional search marketers in New England. In 1990 Hochman received two degrees in Computer Science from Yale. Hochman's credentials include Qualified Google Advertising Professional, Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador, and Microsoft adExcellence Member. He has spoken at the Web 2.0 Summit, and the Search Marketing Expo (SMX) and Search Engine Strategies (SES) conferences. He writes for Search Engine Land, Search Marketing Standard, and Internet Evolution. Robert M. JacksonRobert M. Jackson graduated from Yale University in 1993 (BA). From 1993 to 1999 he worked in international business development, assisting Russian clients with import and export transactions throughout Europe and the US. He then attended the University of Michigan Business School with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurial studies. After earning his MBA in 2001, he joined a venture formed to develop hotel and resort properties in Southeast Asia where he was responsible for creating Internet marketing and business development strategies. In 2007, he joined Hochman Consultants. Jay KaminsJay's 17 year career in multimedia has spanned a wide range of industries from computer-based education to interactive television. His approach has a solid foundation in user-focused design, and regularly enriches projects by including elements such as 3D modeling and illustration, animation, sound, and video. Jay began his professional career in Multimedia Design at SilverPlatter Education in Brookline, MA. As a designer (and later as Creative Director), Jay produced award winning educational multimedia and websites that integrated audio, video, illustration and animation. Working with corporations, design companies, and small businesses, Jay has gained valuable insight into the subtle balancing act needed to produce eye-catching design that is practical to maintain and functional for the client. Such clients have included PBS, MIT, Barnes and Noble, Brandeis University, Cingular, Fidelity, and The United States Navy.
